Do recall dreams even count as a glitch in the matrix?

From my understanding, recall dreams are when you realize during a dream that you forgot for a moment or even the whole dream that you were dreaming. Even if you had a lucid moment and a glitched out moment, then forgot about it. Still counts as a recall dream.
