Hey I could be wrong but this sub makes me feel bad as an Asian-American woman. I'm not mad at you but if you're angry at Asian men being sexist (and trust me I am too) why can't you use Asian men instead of just men? Like I get it I'm mad too. I hate growing up and being told to be subservient and quiet. That I'm a prettier girl than the White girls but don't worry cause I'll grow up to be a prettier woman. I hate being fetishized. I hate being called dragon ladies and geishas. I hate how men don't take me seriously at work. I hate growing up feeling like I have to be a "tiger mom" if I ever want children because they won't be anything otherwise. I hate all these things as much as you do. That if I was my boyfriend of 8 years and saw this he would never be able to come back to this sub? He is my rock. My best friend. My confidant. He is EXACTLY the way you want men to be. And it really hurts me that you would want to kill him because he has a penis. <br><br>Like I get that some of you have been hurt. I have been hurt. My ex-boyfriend before him was the reason I got a restraining order. But my current boyfriend healed my hurt and made me feel safe and cared for. Not because he's anything special but because he's not a fucking asshole. <br><br>I know I'm just one person and this is r/killallmen so fuck off if you want. I just wanted to say this. <br><br>Edit: WOW this went viral. I am grateful for the support and kindness from both men and women who agree with me. I didn't write this to get attention. I wrote this because I genuinely felt bad and wanted to say something. I stand by what I said. These kinds of violent words are being spread by both men and women everywhere now. It's getting worse. I hope we can work towards justice and equality. Not murder and violence and sheeting and harassment. I don't agree wth those people and this is why I spoke out.
