So here's the update.

I posted a couple of weeks ago. So my sister had a husband, and a baby. Her husband left her for someone else. It was a major shock. I won't go into all the details but she didn't handle it well. She tried to win him back. She was in a really bad place. She almost lost her job.

I helped her get through it. Eventually she got over the worst of it and things were going better. It seemed like she was moving on.

She was able to sell her house. She got a really good job/had a really nice career. She started running. She met a new man. She was able to get her baby back (she had given him up for adoption but she still got to see him so she didn't really give him up).

So she met the new man. She fell in love with him. They got married. A small ceremony, just a couple of guests, quite intimate. She still had her wedding dress, and she didn't know what to do with it. In the end she took it to a local charity store.

Well, her first husband ended up with it. He had gotten married to a girl half his age and she had his baby. Then she found out he was cheating again. So she left him. After a couple of months of him begging her back she decided to get married. And that's how he ended up with the dress.

So that's it. That's the story. The end.
