GPT 4 is just painfully awful

I signed up for plus in March, and they sent an email saying gpt 4 is here. I went into one of my playbooks, which is essentially just a template and asked it to fill the fields out. It was just completely messed up the formatting. <br><br>Doesn’t it use the same training model as gpt-3.5 turbo? Why does it suck so much, and worse than standard gpt-3.5 turbo? Sometimes I just feel like it’s simultaneously the greatest and worst thing ever created.
