Anyone know of a good way to block ai spam comments, giving people the wrong instructions to reset their accounts etc?

Title said it, Can anyone find a good method to block this stuff via other methods (like how we use uBlock origin to block ads) to block this crap? <br><br>I don't know if it's me, but there's been a crazy spam since this year and I've never experienced it this bad before, Like my chamber didn't have this issue at all until recently.
