**Pawan Kalyan helps Hindu priest’s son who was thrashed by police officers**<br><br>In a praiseworthy move, popular Tollywood actor and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan facilitated the son of a Hindu priest to get back to his parents after he was brutally thrashed by police officers in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh.<br><br>The Jana Sena Party chief came to the rescue of the victim – Balaji, son of priest Sathyanarayana Sharma – after a video of police officers mercilessly beating him up went viral on social media. According to reports, Balaji was a student of Class X and had got married to a girl after falling in love with her. The cops allegedly beat him up at the behest of the girl’s family.<br><br>Pawan Kalyan was tagged in the video posted by a Twitter user, requesting him to extend his support. The Jana Sena Party chief immediately swung into action and asked his party leaders to look into the matter. The police officers involved in the incident were suspended, and Balaji was taken to his home. Pawan Kalyan also ensured that Balaji got the required medical treatment.<br><br>The video of the cruel act by the police has been circulating on social media, drawing widespread condemnation from various sections of society. Netizens praised Pawan Kalyan for his timely intervention and for ensuring justice to the victim.<br><br>All this happened under the rule of YSRCP which is headed by anti national CM YS Jagan.
