Using Anki for MCAT, I just realized I memorized the wrong thing. I’m freaking out.

Hi. I’m currently studying for the MCAT and I’ve been using Anki for a while now. I have over 10,000 cards, studying for 3 hours a day, adding about 20-50 cards a day. Here’s the problem. I don’t actually read the information in the cards. I just memorize the key words. This is the first time I realized that 1. I have no clue what I’m studying and 2. I’m essentially wasting my time. I know people say “it’s all about recognizing keywords” but I just don’t understand anything. Every time I review my cards, it’s just memorization. When I open it up, my mind is blank. I study, I memorize, but I don’t comprehend anything. What should I do. I’ve been doing this for months. I feel so stupid.
