The former head of the RCMP National Crime Intelligence Co-ordination Centre, a man who once had access to Canada's most sensitive secrets, has been arrested and charged with leaking secrets related to the Kingston, ON RCMP raid/attack of last year. Criminal Intelligence Superintendent Chadokia Kowalski allegedly leaked information to former RCMP Superintendent Cameron Ortis, who was arrested last year on terrorism charges and is accused of feeding information to Russian spies. <br><br>Orth is also the suspect in the breach of the Canadian Government’s Phoenix payroll system. He also had a top secret clearance to CSIS. <br><br>Ortis was part of RCMP security screening for high level government officials. He worked for CSIS for 7 years, and was part of the RCMP team that arrested RCMP mole Cameron Ortis.
