I am a chef and I have a passion to cook for my friends and family. How should I organize my kitchen?

I, a chef, cook twice a week for 25 people for free. During the pandemic, I decided I wanted to do something for my community because I missed cooking and making people happy. I have a friend who, with me, decided to go for it. We cook, distribute every week, and I love it. We get donations, and we get good quality ingredients from local farmers so that farmers can continue to the good work they do.

Now, I need your help. In my professional kitchen, we have huge fridges and freezers, utensils and appliances of high quality and a lot of counter space. We work in a nicely arranged space because of a strong desire to work with ease. I am not that good at organizing my home kitchen. I don’t have many utensils and I don’t like to buy too many things, but I don’t have enough money to get good quality materials to make my life easier.

What are the essentials to have a well organized kitchen to cook large quantities of food? I also have little kids and I work from home.

TL;DR: I need your help and advise on how to organize my home kitchen to be able to cook the best way possible to cook for my community.
