Hell's Angels went door to door until they found us

This is my wife Jane's story, and she's agreed to let me post it on reddit. I couldn't find any similar stories like this one anywhere on the web.<br><br>This happened to her in the early 70's before she met me. Her uncle was a truck driver, and had a CB radio in his truck. He gave my wife and her brother CB radios as a gift, and they would often chat during their free time.<br><br>This one time, my wife and her brother had been talking for a while, and her brother decided to log off. My wife was still bored, so she decided to keep talking. She got stuck talking to some bikers, and they figured out they were both from the same city by their accents. They asked if she was close to a particular landmark, and she said yes. In any case, they knew roughly where she lived, and eventually she figured out it was a bad idea to keep chatting, so she said goodbye and signed off.<br><br>She found out that they rode past her house, and saw her in the window, before deciding to approach. They knocked on the door, but her brother answered and did a very ballsy thing that saved them. He said, "This isn't [Jane's name]'s house. We rent out the basement, and she lives down there."<br><br>The bikers bought it, and asked if they could speak to my wife, to which they both said no. I guess they went away, but they didn't give up. Over the next week, my wife would see them driving around her neighborhood before sundown.<br><br>They didn't give up. One night, around 9PM, my wife's brother opens the door to a group of bikers. This time, it's not just two bikers. This time, it's a lot of them. I think she said 15. The leader of the group said to my brother in law, "You lied to us the other day. We've been driving around this neighborhood until we found her." He went on to say, "We're the Hell's Angels, motherfucker, and we always get what we want."<br><br>My wife peeked around the corner to see what was going on, and she said one of the bikers saw her. He tapped the leader on the shoulder, pointed at her, and the leader pulled out a gun. He said something to the effect of, "See, we aren't bad people," and used the gun to beckon her closer. My wife said she couldn't will herself to move, out of fear. One of the bikers was behind her, and pushed her forward toward the door.<br><br>They starting walking toward her house, and when my wife's brother saw it, he slammed the door in their faces. They started knocking, 15 bikers simultaneously, while my wife tried to call the police. My wife didn't speak English very well at the time, since she's an immigrant from South East Asia, so she kept repeating "Please help me." The operator kept asking where she lived, and eventually my wife figured out they couldn't understand her. She got a pen and paper, and put down her address. She left it on the counter, and went back into her room to hide.<br><br>She said she heard the bikers talking outside her window. "Are you in there, [Jane's name]?" "Come out and play." I guess they got bored after a while, because they broke down the front door, and started walking through my wife's house. She put a dresser in front of her door, and heard the bikers trying to push their way in. She said they were absolutely strong enough to do it, but they were going slowly. I guess they didn't want to break the door, since they already broke down the front door.<br><br>I guess the police showed up, because suddenly the bikers stopped trying to get in. She heard them talking to the police, and one of the bikers saying they lived there, to try to fool the police. Apparently they were arrested on the spot.<br><br>The leader spent some time in prison, but my wife would still see him around. She said he would glare at her from his car, and she'd see him following her until she got into a store or something. One time, they pulled up next to her and tried to open her car door. Her brother stuck his head out the window and screamed at them, and they took off laughing.<br><br>That's her Hell's Angels story. The guy was eventually charged with several crimes unrelated to my wife, and spent a lot of time in jail.
