Is your life over when you get in a car crash?

Honestly I’m 16 and got into a car crash today, and it was really scary, but one lady who witnessed the crash said ‘ your life is ruined’. Like no lol, I fractured my collarbone and I have to pay for in a few months, I was also charged with a failure to yield, but that’s not gonna ruin my life
