Has Trump found a way to leave the Presidency while still energizing his fanbase?

The guy is a master politician for certain. He has a way of keeping people energized and talking about him, and I have a feeling that he's got a way to make energized and even more loyal supporters out of his base while still leaving the Presidency. How can you do that? How can you make people love you by losing? Well, Trump figured it out. <br><br>What I see happening is that Trump will pardon you name it: Flynn, Manafort, Stone, Cohen, and likely even himself and Ivanka for prior transgressions. Then he'll designate some cities like Portland, Minneapolis, or Austin as being equivalent to terrorist states and have the military lockdown those cities and designate any protesters/resistors as terrorists. Then you'll have another police/capitol building showdown that will inevitably end in violence, and then Trump will resign saying that the country is ungovernable and that the democratic process has failed and the deep state won. He then runs for President again in 2024, saying “if the country is ungovernable now, then I am calling for a constitutional convention to remake America as it once was.<br><br>Just a thought, what do you think?
