Browser Extension to prevent you from taking phone out and opening apps

What you have to do is you install this extension and you have to first set up all the apps that you want to avoid like Instagram Facebook Twitter YouTube and stuff like that and then you make a block list like once you open your laptop you can't open these apps and you have to take a 30 minute long break or something like that you have to open it once in a while like 30 minutes 1 hour 2 hours 3 hours something like that <br>And then you have to put the password to that list that you can only change after 24 hours 48 hours 1 week 2 weeks 1 month 2 months 3 months six months 1 year <br>And that password is only accessible on your laptop or on your browser so you can't change that password from your phone <br>And once you have to open an app you have to log in back to the browser that you have to open that block list and you have to unblock that app and you have to put the password and then you can access that app from your phone <br>And once that time is over then you can't open that app on your phone unless you open it again on your laptop put the password and unlock it so you have to do this 2 step verification to open an app that you don't want to open<br>And you can also set up the location like you can only open this app when you're in this location and you can also set up with the Wi-Fi like you can only open this app when you are connected to this Wi-Fi
