Since I added an Eero Pro to my modest setup and my ISP thought I was trying to cancel my subscription, which I was not, I'm just very detailed in what I want, they wanted to sell me something (a Shield Pro). The call went from 5 minutes to nearly an hour but I didn't realize it.

I have been playing with the idea of my next app. I'd like an app that keeps track of items you want to buy and lets you know when one of the products becomes a better buy. It is not necessarily about the dollars and cents but if one of the items you are looking at drops and the extra features you get make it a better value.

For example, in my recent case, the Shield Pro router would be a better buy but I do not need it and I also do not look at any apps currently that do this.

In the carting app, Fighters, you add items you want to buy and it compares them. It has a list of items as Fighters and when you add Fighters they become Opponents. You can Fighters to your Opponents as many times as you want. For example, if you look at the router example, you could have the Shield Pro as a fighter and you could add the standard Shield and Pro models as Opponents. You can also add the Plus model as an Opponent. I'd like to call carting as Entering the Octagon as carting is when you put something in your cart.

The app determines which Opponent is the better buy and acts as a coach trying to recommend the better buy. You can select which fighter to cart. The app could also cart the Opponent and remove the request.

I'd like the app to also work with wishlists as well.
