Pretty much every experienced language learner knows how poorly made Duolingo has been since the ad-filled Duolingo 1.0 era.

However, this time they did a bit better.

It would seem like New New Agito will be the best Duolingo has been since 2020, but people also know that's still a really low bar, and it isn't.

However, this will not fix the app's problems for long. Duolingo has a huge price of maintaining the app, with the addition of the New New Agito update, it will only cost more. And it will not even make up for how much they invest in the app. We have all seen the recent memes about how Duolingo is going to take care of its money problems by soon becoming a paid subscription based app. It's no joke. There's no way they won't run out of money in the long run.

Not to mention how they don't even take care of the app's experienced users, and even blatantly tell them to use other resources. Why would anyone continue to use the app at that point?

I hope they could keep it the way it is today, but that won't happen.
