How do I get out of my dead-end job, which is literally driving me to drink?

I'm a 30-year-old man in the US, and stuck in the same position I've been stuck in since 2013. I'm an operations coordinator for commercial real estate, and I feel very empty inside. I've tried to get a new job but I can't seem to get out of this position. I'm not sure what kind of job I should look for because I don't want to stay in the real estate business forever. I just want stability but feel like i can't get it.
