Well, since I’m sitting here, I had the idea to share something with you guys. Last year, I decided that I want to make some changes in my life, so I’ve MEP it a try. I started a new job last summer and my weight went up pretty fast. I was 75kg, and had the feeling I was “fat” because, I am just 158 cm tall, so it was kind of too much weight for my height.

I bought a scale, started to track everything (calorie deficit - 200 calories a day), started to prep something at the end of the week, and managed to lose those 10 kg in 8 months. It was sooo much fun to see my weight going up every morning, my number of steps making some progress and my weight decreasing every Friday morning. I made a little excel file, where I put all my weight, how much I walked, how much water I drank, and so on. It was like little like a game for me, where I was competing against myself. I had an old scale, where I could only see, if I lost some weight, but I had to guesstimate the exact number.

All my friends and family were so proud of my progress, and I was able to reach my goal - 65kg. I have to admit, that I went to 64,5kg, but I was really happy with it.

After that, I started to think about my new goal, so I wanted to make a big change. In January, my boyfriend and I decided to move in together. We were both working from home, and I wanted to make something healthy for both of us, and it was so hard to make the prep, so in January, I decided to make a big change, so I bought my dream air fryer, and my dream slow cooker, and here I am with my new healthy recipes, which are fun to make, and fun to eat. I can prep every Friday, and I am done for the week. I still have my Excel file, where I mark everything, and I am happy to see, that I was able to maintain my weight for the past 5 months.

I know some of you guys have a much harder story to tell, but I am happy with my little success, and I am really proud of myself for being able to MEP healthy food, make a healthy habit and have a healthy life overall.

For my next plan, I would like to buy a new scale, which I can connect to my phone, and make those pretty graphs, like you guys here. I have a very simple scale, where I can only see my weight, and my BMI. As I said, I have to guesstimate my weight, but I would love to see those graphs, where you guys can see if you lost weight, or if you got more water in your body.

Sorry, if it was a little bit long and boring, I just wanted to share my little story with you all. :)
