ChatGPT is currently being run by idiots

I think I'm going to email the ceo of Microsoft. I've never had a worse experience with digital product or it's management as I currently am with ChatGPT, everything gets worse by the week.<br><br>If they are just testing stuff out, why don't they run their experiments on their employees first instead of ruining the entire user base? Over the last months they changed the "convo" model several times, and each model has been worse than the previous one. <br><br>The only thing that makes me mad enough to write this is the recent ban of 12,000+ accounts that can't be appealed. It came right after my wife's school account got banned. She gets no explanation, cannot appeal and cannot leave ChatGPT behind. Yet she is not using it for anything. <br><br>When this is going to stop? Will they fix any of this? ?
