AITA for not inviting my daughters biological father and his wife to her wedding

My daughter was conceived out of wedlock and i was very young when i had her , her bio father had no interest in being a part of her life so i started dating my now husband when my daughter was around 2 and we got married when she was 6  , my husband adopted her when she was 10 and she now carries his last name. She calls my husband dad and has since she was about 3, her biological father recently discovered that i am still alive and has expressed interest in being a part of her life but she told him she was good and does not want to know him.<br><br>Her wedding is in two weeks to her high school sweetheart and we did not invite bio father and his wife. He called me yeling at me to say how i was a terrible mother and how i was keeping him from his daughter on her BIG DAY, i told him to stop calling me and to stop trying to contact my daughter or i would have a restraining order placed on him.<br><br>Now he is telling the rest of my family that i am an asshole for not allowing him to be present and how he would of flown in for the wedding had he been invited and he has the right to be there as he is her father. my family is now arguing over the whole thing with some saying its my fault for not inviting him and others saying how he is not her REAL dad cause my husband is the only dad she knows. AITA<br><br>Edit : i just got off the phone with my OBGYN office i was able to get her birth certificate sent to me so i can send it to the police station, SInce my husband adopted her his name is on her birth certificate and hers  and my last name are different now we are going to get a restraining order against him, some of my family members are now saying i was in the wrong for doing this and that i should at least tell him when we file for the order.
