I’m not telling my kids to never hit girls

My son and his sister are about 2 years apart, and currently, she’s 4 and he’s 6. I’ve spent a lot of time with him, teaching him to be a gentleman, saying please and thank you, saying yes/no ma’am/sir, holding the door for people behind him, etc. <br><br>And I’ve told him, multiple times, that it’s never okay to hit a woman. But the thing is, my daughter is 4 and is currently in that “I’m going to pull your hair and slap you across the face just because” phase. <br><br>So I’ve also told him that if he’s in danger, or being hit/repeatedly hurt, it’s okay to defend himself. <br><br>Women, just like men, can be violent ass-holes.
