App to help people find employment

I think this app should be made by employment agencies, and they should be working together. The app will work like a dating app where you can swipe through different jobs and swipe left or right, if the agency thinks you’ve got a good chance you will get the job, once you’ve swiped right, they will match you and they will send you to the interview. It should be free to use.
