People always say "yeah, but what about mass shooters" of "what about accidental discharge" but that doesn't change the fact that the average law abiding citizen has a RIGHT to own a gun. It's actually in the constitution. The second amendment is very straightforward, and it's not about hunting or sport shooting, it's about being able to defend yourself and your family, and potentially rise up against a tyrannical government. I'm not saying that it's likely that a revolution will happen soon, but it's definitely possible in the future. And if you take away our right to bear arms, then we won't be able to defend ourselves when the government or a militia comes to take away our other rights.<br><br>EDIT: I know I'm preaching to the choir with this one. I just want to say that if you're pro-gun, you're not alone. And it's not about being paranoid, it's about being prepared.
