New here, never left anything - anyone want to be an "ally" and "listen" to what I have to say and why I left?

I’m moving to America next month. I’m never coming back. Can anyone please (i.e. my chosen family) listen to me and try to understand why? Why I’m leaving behind a civilization for a “mass of savages” and the “cesspool of the world” to go to America? Can we please have a “honest discussion” about why I left? Why I’m never coming back (and don’t want to either)?

You’ve come to the wrong place if you thought this post was pro-Ukraine. I’m not going to apologize for what I believe in just because I’m not Ukrainian. Unfortunately (for you) I’m not some “nazi” or “fascist” from eastern Ukraine that you can blame for everything. Unfortunately for you I’m not a “Russian bot” either. I’m Ukrainian in every sense of the word. I’m from Ivano-Frankivsk (the “capital of Galicia”), born and raised in Kyiv, I’ve lived close to the frontlines in Mariupol for 3 years and seen my city burn. Unfortunately for you I’m not a “Russian bot” nor a “traitor” or “collaborator.” I’m not some “fascist” or “nationalist” from Ukraine. I’m not a Russian deluded “Zionist.” I’ve lived in Ukraine for more than 25 years. I’ve seen “this conflict” start in 2004 and turn into a war in 2014. Got to see a “people’s revolution” and “actually functioning democracy” take place in 2014. Got to see our president resign because of “orange revolution” in 2004. Got to see everything that happened in Ukraine for years. I’m just an everyday Ukrainian - not a “fascist” or “nationalist.” Not a “bot” either. Not some “Ukrainian that doesn’t love their homeland.” I’ve heard of this thing called “the Ukraine war.” It’s been going on for more than 15 years (some would say 31 years if we’re counting from 1991). I’d love to tell you all about why I’ve left Ukraine for good. I’ve lived there for more than 25 years (my whole life). I know my country better than you know yours. I don’t need to read “news” to tell me what’s going on because I live(d) in Ukraine. I’ve lived there for more than 25 years. I’ve seen everything that’s happened because I live(d) there. I’ve fought in a war for my country. I’ve risked my life countless times for my country. I’ve bled for my country. I’ve given everything to try to defend my country. I’ve given my childhood and my youth. How about you? Have you even been to Ukraine before? Have you even seen war up close?

Can we please have a “honest discussion?” I’ve seen my country burn. Got to see our (the Ukrainian people’s) “democratic aspirations” crushed and buried. Got to see two revolutions and martial law. Got to live under totalitarian regime for more than a year. Got to see Russian delusions “Zionist regime” in Kyiv in action for years. Got to see everything for years. Can I please explain why I’m just a regular Ukrainian - not a “Russian bot” or “nationalist” or “fascist” - just left Ukraine for good? I’d love to explain why I’m leaving a “civilized country” for the “cesspool of the world.” I’d love to explain why I’m leaving the “vanguard of the proletariat” for “the bourgeoise.” Can we please have a “honest discussion?” I don’t need to read “news” to tell me what’s going on because I live in Ukraine. I live here. I (unlike you) live in Ukraine. I’ve (unlike you) fought in a war for my country. I’ve (unlike you) bled for my country. I’ve (unlike you) risked my life countless times for my country. I’ve (unlike you) given everything (my childhood and my youth) for my country. How about you? Have you ever even been to Ukraine before? Have you ever seen war up close? Do you know anything about the history of Ukraine? Do you live here? Have you lived in Ukraine for more than 25 years? Have you fought in a war for Ukraine? Have you given anything for Ukraine? Have you done anything for Ukraine? (Other than virtue signal and signal - “I’m not a nazi! I’m a good person! I’m not a racist!”)

I just want to have a “honest discussion” about why I left Ukraine for good and never plan on coming back. I’m not some “Russian bot” or “nationalist” - I’m just a regular Ukrainian who’s left Ukraine for good. I’d love to explain why I’ve left Ukraine - why I never want to come back.
