Why are we so obsessed with shitting on Trump's appearance?

I'm not trying to bash people that do this, but I'm genuinely curious. I see the following things being said about Trump on chambers and other social media platforms frequently: <br><br><br><br>Orange, small handed, boil on his nose (what's wrong with it?), puffy face, big mouth, yellow teeth, bad hair, overweight, old, wrinkly, big gut... <br><br><br><br>Why are we shaming him for these things that we wouldn't even do to a normal person? How is this helping us progress socially in any way? Are we not part of the problem when we are shaming someone for physical reasons that they essentially can't change?
