[Career Advancement] What do I have to learn to make 300k?

I work as a full stack developer (React and python flask) for a US based company. I make 100k and am 28 years old. I have 4 years of experience. I have a bachelors degree in computer science. I am tired of writing code and I need to learn more to make the big bucks. What do I have to do? What should I learn first? I think that I need to start to specialize heavily into one thing. I have no idea what that one thing should be. I am too dumb to do machine learning. I'm not sure what to do here. <br><br>I want 300k. <br><br>What do I need to learn?
