I am so in love with my chubby girlfriend and I'm so worried about her health

My (32M) girlfriend (32F) is a chubby girl. She is definitely built in an hourglass shape and is so beautiful and sexy. I love everything about her. <br><br>At 5'5, she weighs 170 lbs and is definitely out of the normal BMI. She is a heavy smoker and I definitely love her so much that I'm so worried about her health. <br><br>I'm not complaining about her size, I love it and love our intimacy. It's so amazing and she's just so cute. I've never been more attracted to a girl than her. <br><br>She likes to drink and smoke weed occassionally. She used to have a drinking problem before but she went to therapy so she only drinks wine or beer occassionally. But she is a heavy smoker. <br><br>I don't want to lose her. She's just so beautiful and I want to love her for the next 60 years in this life. <br><br>I cannot imagine myself love another girl. I'm just so in love with her. <br><br>How do I tell her I'm so concerned about her health, that I want her to live longer and be healthier? <br><br>I cannot just tell her to stop smoking. I know her drinking problem was affecting her health, but she was able to stop it and now she only drinks wine or beer. <br>3. I will ask her so we can join the gym together and work out. <br>4. I have never met someone I love so much.
