I'm cooking up a plan for someone to actually bring an assault weapon ban to the US Supreme Court.

So, I'm cooking up a plan to bring an assault weapon ban to the US Supreme Court.

I'm not feeling the best about my safety today after hearing the news, so I don't have all the pieces put together yet, but thought I'd share what I've got so far.

I don't actually want an assault weapon ban, I want SCOTUS to either rule against the bans that are out there or make some changes to them so that I can buy what I want without being forced to remove the scary features on the firearm first.

Edit: Let's also hope that the bans are ruled against, because I don't want to have to build a 80% lower and put together my own AR. That sounds like too much work, and I'm a very busy guy.

I just can't figure out how to get a case heard by them. It seems like I need to be prosecuted in a lower court first, but I'd rather not do that lol.

So what I've thought of is if I could just carry an assault weapon through a city or state with an assault weapon ban, and hope to get caught, that might be a good way to get this in front of a judge.

I've never been to court before, so that makes me a little nervous. Especially if I'm being prosecuted. Plus I don't like the though of having to pay a bunch of money in fines and lawyers, money that I would rather spend on guns.

Edit: also just trying to imagine what it's like to go through a trial where you are the defendant is making me anxious. Its not something that I ever want to have to go through, its not something that I ever thought I would have to go through, and its not something that I would ever want to go through voluntarily. Plus, I hear the food in prison is bad, and I might end up eating that food for a very long time if I'm found guilty. I'm also kind of a picky eater, and would probably starve to death before I would eat prison food.

I don't know how long it would take to get a case in front of SCOTUS, but the news article I read said that a bunch of cities and states are enacting their own assault weapon bans. Plus Dianne Feinstein has a bill in the works. So it looks like there is a lot of ammo behind the assault weapon ban. I also don't actually want an assault weapon ban, I want them to be ruled against. So if I end up getting SCOTUS to rule in favor of an assault weapon ban, then I would be sad. Plus, I hear that the waiting list for SCOTUS cases is very long, so it could be years before a case is heard. I could be a very old man by the time they actually rule on it.

I should probably work out more before I do this. It might be very difficult to stay alive in prison if I'm out of shape. Plus, I hear the cons in the joint are always extremely muscular, and if I'm not in shape, they might easily overpower me.

I also don't know how much it costs to hire a lawyer. I've also never hired a lawyer before, so I don't know where to start with that.

To top it off, I've never been in a real fight in my life. I've never been in a physical confrontation that I've had to fight to defend myself. I was just a skinny kid in high school, and I learned to avoid confrontations back then. I got picked on a lot back then, and I learned to just walk away instead of trying to fight back.

I'm not sure how I would hold up in a real fight. I might just freeze up if someone were to attack me. I might just run away. I might just beg for mercy.

I'm just a shy guy, I'm not a fighter. Its just not in my nature to be confrontational. I've always been a very timid person, and I've always avoided confrontation throughout my life. That's why I'm so nervous over this. I don't know how I would react in prison.

Prison is full of crazy people, and they always talk about how traumatic it is to be locked up with a ton of crazy people. Plus, I'm a very sensitive guy, and if I get locked up, I might just go crazy myself. Being locked up for years could be very traumatic for me. I might not be able to handle it.

I might end up losing my job over this whole thing. If I'm locked up for years, I might not be able to recover from that. I might end up having to live on the streets. Plus, a criminal record could make it hard for me to get a new job. I could just end up living on the streets forever. Plus, I hear the food at homeless shelters are bad, and I might end up extremely hungry a lot of the time.

I've figured out that I'll probably end up on the streets, hungry, and possibly without a gun. I might end up living in a world where I'm hungry, homeless, and unarmed. That's a very scary world to me.

I also just learned that Pennsylvania has an assault weapon ban. I know where I can buy an assault weapon, but I don't know how I would get it to Pennsylvania. I don't actually want an assault weapon, I just want to carry my handgun through Pennsylvania so that I can perhaps get arrested and charged with a crime, so that I can work my way through the courts to hopefully get a case to SCOTUS. I have a concealed carry permit, so I'm allowed to carry my handgun in Pennsylvania. Also, Pennsylvania doesn't have a law against carrying an assault weapon in your vehicle without the magazine in the firearm, so I think I could just throw my assault handgun in my car and carry it into Pennsylvania, as long as I don't have a magazine in the firearm. Plus, I hear that SCOTUS might not even hear my case. They might just deny it.

I'm also thinking if I could just buy an assault handgun in Pennsylvania, that might be the best way to go. If I could just buy a handgun with a thumbhole stock, that would probably be the easiest way to do it. Plus, I hear they sell those at gun shows, so all I have to do is find a gun show, and find someone who sells them. I don't know how hard it is to find a gun show, and I don't know how hard it is to find someone who sells the handgun I want after I find the gun show. I'm cooking up a plan to buy an assault handgun, and then I'll just carry it through a city or state with an assault weapon ban, and hope to get caught.

I also don't actually want to buy a new handgun. I don't want to spend the money on it, and I don't want to have to sell it or trade it in after I'm done with it. Plus, I hear that prices for guns have gone up lately, so I hear it might be expensive.

I just thought of something else that could be a problem if I end up getting locked up. I'm a very nervous person, and I have to smoke a lot of weed to be able to calm down and relax. If I'm locked up, I won't be able to smoke weed anymore, and I don't know how I'll be able to stop. I've always thought that weed is illegal because it's bad for you, but at the same time, it calms my nerves and helps me relax. Plus, I hear that withdrawal symptoms can be severe, and might drive someone crazy. I could end up having a very difficult time trying to get through withdrawal symptoms, and might end up going crazy myself. I'm a very sensitive person, and I don't know if I can handle not smoking weed if I'm locked up.

I've never been high in jail, but I've heard it's great!
