r/GunAccessorySales (aka #GunTwitter) needs your help.

We are in a fight for our very existence, and I need your help (aka your $$). I'll try to keep this (sort of) brief and to the point.<br><br>Over the past few months, there have been numerous complaints about certain posts which violate the rules. I couldn't agree more with those (you know who you are) that have been demanding tougher enforcement, so I (on my own, in the name of protecting the community) beefed up our mod tools to specifically allow us to enforce stricter rules which would automatically remove and ban spammy or troll posts.<br><br>As you know, ads are what keep this Subreddit alive, so I did my best to ensure that the changes were fine-tuned to allow 99% of real (aka legitimate) vendor posts, while removing the aggressive and/or repetitive spam which was driving so many away.<br><br>The results have been nothing short of phenomenal, with most of you reporting that you are seeing a significant reduction in spammy posts, and many even reporting that SpamFilter (our mod tool which is automatically removing and banning spammy posts) is doing a better job of removing spam than the mods have. By far, the largest (and most vocal) contingent of our Subreddit are vigorously aggressive and vocal in their support for this, with many calling for us to banish aggressive and/or repetitive spam for good. <br><br>I couldn't agree more, and I can only say that I wish I had done this sooner, and (especially) that I didn't have to wait so long to hear your voices and realize that I was (in effect) being silenced by trolls who didn't want stronger enforcement.<br><br>So, here is the problem, and why (once again) I need your help. Now that the trolls who were driving this Subreddit to the ground are being removed and/or banned, their blowback has started, and I have received several dozen requests from adsense (google) that we are no longer in compliance with their advertising policy, and that aggressive and/or repetitive content is being automatically removed.<br><br>I've done my best to respond to (aka comply with) these requests and provide detailed descriptions of each post in question, but the aggressive and/or repetitive spam has reached a fever-pitch. What that means is that even with the new mod tools (which, in addition to automatically removing/banning spammy posts, are also automatically keeping track of which posts are spammy and why) I simply don't have the bandwidth or resources to be able to follow through on all the appeals which are needed (aka which are necessary) in order to keep adsense (aka google) from booting us out.<br><br>So, I (aka #GunTwitter) really really really needs your help. <br><br>I would estimate (based on the sheer number of requests which are coming in) that I will need at least 100ish hours+ of very specific and detailed work in order to get this all sorted out. <br><br>This (in addition to being onerous, in that it is really really boring) is also very time-consuming, and in order to get this all sorted out in a timely manner, I really really really need your help. With that said, all of this is very easy work (it's very simple, and doesn't require any special skills). <br><br>We are looking for people who are motivated to help #GunTwitter by contributing 50+ hours of work, and are willing to start ASAP. I would estimate that the work which is being requested will take at least 100ish hours or more to complete, and I have already had dozens of requests. <br><br>While I have reached out to a number (in addition to being in contact with a few) of people who are already coordinating our efforts, I am also asking (aka begging) each and every one of you to please consider helping us. <br><br>In order to qualify and get started, please simply send me a PM with the following info-<br><br>° Your preferred method of communication (phone, email, discord, etc. )<br><br>° Any experience (aka qualifications) which you may have which you feel would be beneficial (this is not required, but would be a very big plus)<br><br>° Explanation of why this is important to you (this is also not required, but would really help)<br><br>° Any other relevant info (aka if you have done this sort of work before, or if you have any other (aka relevant) skills)<br><br>° Any thoughts you may have in regard to being aggressive and/or repetitive in your appeals. This is very important, as I need to know that you are willing to be this way, so that I am able to follow through on all the appeals which are necessary in order to keep adsense (aka google) from booting us out. <br><br>° (aka finally) your PayPal information. I will be paying $100 for each 10 (aka 10 hours = $100) hours of work which is accepted.
