AITA for not wanting to share my medical history with an applicant for my daughter's job?

**I am not the mother mentioned in the post. I am a different person. My father and stepmother are my in-laws**

My father and stepmother are friends with a couple who have several teenage daughters, one of which is about a year older than my daughter (teenager who is 16). My father is sick to the point where he needs an organ transplant from someone who has the same blood type as him. It just so happens that my daughter has the same blood type as my father.

Recently my sister applied for my daughter's job at the local library, where she volunteers regularly. However my father and his wife want my daughter to donate a kidney to my father instead of working at the library, because they believe she would be doing a disservice to her family otherwise. They also find out about my sister applying for the job, and believe that if my daughter can't give the kidney then my sister should do it instead. When my sister found out about their proposal, she immediately turned them down.

My father and his wife are so desperate that they are threatening to file a lawsuit against my daughter and me on the basis that she is not doing her filial duty as a granddaughter. They also want me to reveal my daughter's medical history to my sister, so that she can make a more informed decision. I told them that it was wrong to force someone to donate their organs, and that the decision was entirely up to my daughter and sister. They then called me a jerk for not wanting to share her medical history. AITA here?
