I got banned for reporting abuse

I used my account on another person's phone, and a day later I got banned for reporting abuse (which I have never done). I used my account on another phone to send information about myself to see if I could appeal, and got a response saying that I was permanently banned and could not use ChatGPT again. I then sent a second email asking if there was anything I could do, and the response was that I could not generate a new account. I asked if I could re-activate the one I have, and they said no. <br><br>I have never, ever used ChatGPT in a way that could get me banned. I have no idea what is going on. I got a response saying that I could no longer use my account or generate a new one. I am so upset, and I don’t know what to do.
