What if your SO is skeptical about meal prep?

I just posted a meal prep pic and story for the week and it was a nice conversation starter, but I made sure to add a “for anyone who is curious about meal prep” so that I don’t come across as preachy. I don’t want to convert anyone, but I really want to start doing this. <br><br>So now that I’ve expressed my interest, I’m feeling a bit anxious about it. I’ve made attempts to talk to my partner about it, but it didn’t go well. I was also trying to convince them to do it with me, but I realize now that that was the wrong approach. <br><br>So if your partner is skeptical about meal prep, how did you approach things?
