Will they ever leave me alone?

I had a bad infestation in my home for over a decade, but the past 2 years have been amazing and hardly any sightings. I forgot that they even existed because I just assumed they all died since the weather has been so wet and terrible. But no, they just had a childbearing era. I spotted one on my door, looked out the window and it’s full of them. Fuck me, I’m so overwhelmed. Why can’t I just have a normal house? Why can’t I just fuck once and not have hundreds of children?
