Who else is writing a story for Nano?

Anyone else writing a story for Nano? I'm a little worried about mine. I've written a little more than 10K words in the last week but I'm already getting a little bit stuck. I don't know if I should take a couple days to re-read and see if I can reorganize or just keep writing and worry about it later. It's not a new story (3rd draft) but it's a little wobbly because I'm changing a lot of things around. I'd love to hear about your story and process and if anyone has any advice about this kind of thing.
