What are some things I can do in my afternoons to help me study and learn more effectively and make use of my afternoons?

I’m trying to stop using the afternoons to merely relax because it feels unfulfilling and I always feel guilty and anxious about not using my time effectively <br><br> I usually use my afternoons to scroll Instagram and TikTok and other things like that to decompress and unwind but I feel stuck in that afternoons merely become an exercise in scrolling and relaxing in that manner. The more I do it the more afternoons seem to feel like a duty to merely relax more than anything. <br><br> I want afternoons to be that short period in the day where I can have a fulfilling day despite the fact that the early mornings are for work and taking care of things in the morning. I want to make use of my afternoons to learn and feel productive instead of just relaxing. I’ve been finding it challenging to try to study and do work in the afternoons, but I feel like it would be so fulfilling to use my afternoons and have a fulfilling afternoon. I want to make the most of my afternoons and use them in a way where I’m learning or doing things that stimulates my mind even if it’s reading and taking notes on Instagram reels or it could be reading or anything in that nature. The more I decompress the more I feel guilty and anxious about not being productive in my afternoons.
