Who are the top 10% of the wealthiest people in the US and how did they earn their money?

I mean I know theres a lot of wallstreet guys who use other peoples money to get rich. Also a lot of tech billionaires. Movie stars, great lawyers, great doctors etc.<br><br>But like, what makes them so successful when compared to people with similar jobs and education. Lots of doctors make a ton of money. Lots of tech people and engineers do.<br><br>The reason I ask is because I see people posting this graph of what was the average return over a long period of time of the S&P 500. So if you had the money to invest you could have gotten that too. So is that what the wealthy do? Just invest?
