My girlfriend recently went to the front of the line at the airport because her flight was delayed and they had “given” her their flight.

So let me paint the picture: my girlfriend and I were traveling to Paris for Christmas and her flight had been delayed and the airline had given her a flight on Christmas day. She had originally had a flight for the day before Christmas but it was cancelled. She really wanted to be in Paris before Christmas and was fighting with the airline. <br><br>So here is what happened: we had had a whole day of arguing with airlines. And we were in front of the airline desk at the airport. I was flying with another airline and had left to check in. <br><br>So my girlfriend had had enough of the airline. She was arguing with a woman at the desk for literally hours. The woman at the desk was trying to give her a flight for the next day. <br><br>So when I came back my girlfriend had left the line and was at the front of the line. And there was the woman from the airline crying and my girlfriend was hugging her. She had literally threatened the airline into giving her a flight. And they had just gotten an availability on the flight I was on. And I had to help her get on the flight. <br><br>So I called the airline and they confirmed that she would fly with me. <br><br>Can anyone imagine being on the receiving end of this? But it worked. And she was on the flight with me. <br><br>Edit: I got a photo of the boarding card. She literally had the same flight number as me.
