GPT-4: paid, generates the worst nonsense for a writing assignment

I am paid for the GPT-4 tier and yet it only generates complete nonsense. It understands my requests but instead it just generates meaningless words in sentences strung together like a mad person.<br><br>The only reason I keep it is because I like the previous GPT iterations used correctly. I really hope they fix this paid version. <br><br>How do I get the previous version back???
