Anybody else having issues importing sperm

Did anybody else who imported Danish semen on Friday struggle with the AKC automated system? I spent 20 minutes on phone and had to speak with 2 people. I use Danish semen exclusively so I don’t know how it works for NA collections. The app just kept saying it was a non-approved collection and you had to make a ticket with AKC and they approve it. This has never happened to me before.
