Hey! I’m 20 years old, I’m a college dropout with no experience. I spent one year at college and then I dropped out, because I was working 40 hours a week and I had no time to go to classes.

I’ve been working in the same retail store since I was 18 years old. I work on the warehouse side of things, I do picking, packing and all other warehouse stuff. I get paid 12.50 an hour and I work 31-35 hours a week.

They just sent me a job offer to work in a supermarket warehouse and it’s a full time job. It’s a bit far from my house so I won’t be able to walk there like I can with my current job and they also sent me a list of the different shifts they have and they asked me to choose the one that I like the most.

The job is similar to what I do now but they pay 17.50 an hour + they give you 1.50 per hour, because you have to be vaccinated to work there and for some reason the government is giving out a bonus to people who are vaccinated. They also said that I would have to work on the weekends.

I’m really anxious about this whole thing, I don’t know if I should take the job or not, I don’t know if I should ask for a different pay or just take the job offer as it is. I feel really overwhelmed with this situation and I’m not sure of what I should do.

Tldr; I’m a 20 years old college dropout with no experience and I got a job offer to work in a warehouse for 17.50 an hour + a 1.50 bonus and I don’t know if I should take it or not.
