Automatic social media blocker

I use one of those apps that count how much you use different apps. And I use social media apps way too much. Most of the time I'm just scrolling, maybe liking a few things (not even commenting). Is there an app that would automatically, without any need to set specific focus modes or scheduling, sniff out when I'm mindlessly scrolling and block it?

Example: I check my email for 3 minutes on the go. It's ok. Then I go into Facebook and scroll for 20 minutes. After 5 minutes, the app detects that there's no direction in what I'm doing, and, maybe after 10 minutes, it would block the app.

Example2: I check my email for 3 minutes on the go. Then I go into Facebook and scroll for 5 minutes, but I comment on a few posts. The app doesn't block the browser, as it registers that I've had a direction in using the app, and maybe other people have commented on my comments, so it might be a conversation (I might need to check after a few hours).

Example3: I use a camera app for 5 minutes, but then I start turning the camera to the left and the right, without pausing on any direction for more than 3 seconds. The app detects that I'm not taking any single photo, but maybe looking for something, and blocks the app after 10 minutes.

Example4: I use a camera app for 5 minutes, but then I start taking a lot of photos, one after another. The app detects that I'm not, e.g., taking selfies of a single event, but rather, e.g., taking photos at a party, so I'm ok.

Example5: I play a video, but then I start skipping backwards a few seconds, then forwards, then some seconds, then rewinding for more than 30 seconds. The app decides that if I want to skip that much, there must be ads (even if it's not an ad), and blocks the whole browser.

The app should be allowed to only sniff out what's in the title bar (not the content), so it wouldn't need to have permissions to sniff out camera data, browser history, etc, so it could warn you, e.g., if you're scrolling too much, not because of what you're looking at, but because you seem to be looking without looking at anything.

I don't know if such an app wouldn't be allowed on the AppStore, but, technically speaking, it should be possible (or at least I think).
