Why do so many CF men believe that CF women are just going to stop working and live off of them?

I've seen it repeatedly on this sub where a guy says he doesn't want kids, but he also doesn't want the financial burden of his wife working, but he also doesn't want to give her agency in any of these choices. I see this in real life too where my buddies who are CF will talk about how they hope their significant other can stay home and be a housewife, and then get angry if she doesn't want to give up her career. I don't get it. If we both earn roughly the same amount of money, do equal amounts of housework, and I've performed more emotional labor than you have, then why do you think you deserve to have someone cooking and cleaning for you? I don't want someone cooking and cleaning for me, because I don't see the point of having a wife if I performed all the emotional labor and I'm still expected to clean and cook for myself. I don't want a wife if I'm already doing all the things I don't want to do anyway.

Why do you, as a man, think you deserve to have a personal maid/cook? Did your parents not teach you how to do anything so you could be this entitled as an adult? Did you grow up with aquia?
