What would have happened if Germany had won the first world war

After a careful reading of the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk, I realized that if Germany had won the First World War, it would have been a Europe with many more empires and nations than today, Germany would surely have been the hegemon of Europe.

It also makes me wonder what kind of Germany would we be facing, because the German Empire was not a liberal country or close to that. And the ramifications of the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk seem to be something that a fascist country would do.

So, has anyone here researched this topic? Especially, what kind of Germany and Europe would there be without the Weimar Republic and the rise of Nazism.
