How do I remove the nanobots from my body after taking the mRNA Covid-19 vaccine?

Sorry I need to edit this post because it's really important. Also I'm using a throwaway because of my employer. I'm a healthcare worker and I got the Pfizer mRNA Covid-19 vaccine about a month ago. I did my own research and I read the pamphlet for mRNA vaccine and I read many articles about it online and there was no mention of nanobots. So now I'm worried that I have nanobots in my body. What if they start recording my thoughts or something? How can I get these things out of my body?
