Am I the only one who loathes the phrase "hate sub"?

I know it's become an internet trend to subvert expectations and be the "nice" hate chamber, where we all just have a group hug and talk about how much we love to hate the things we hate. <br><br>I'm not suggesting we turn this chamber into some echo chamber where people get downvoted for being mean, or even that we should go out of our way to be as hurtful and as brutal as possible towards catgirls. <br><br>If you want to express yourself in a manner that isn't just a list of bullet points, then you should be able to do so. There's nothing wrong with being a bit acrimonious towards something you dislike.
