How do you deal with 24-7 "hustle" mindset?

Millennials and Gen Z has a massive problem with hustling, pushing yourself to do the most you can every single day, get that grindset, etc. My problems don't lie in the idea of hard work and crushing it. But in the idea that you can't slow down. "The early bird catches the worm." "While you're sleeping in, I'm making that bag."<br><br>How do you think we as a generation can do to stop this mindset? I'm sick of being seen as lazy for wanting to sleep in. Sick of being judged for focusing on my mental health. Sick of being compared to others when they talk about their money. I just want to enjoy my life, get enough sleep, eat well, and get the things I need to get done done. I don't want to have a grindset mentality, and yet it always feels like I'm being judged for it.
