I’m currently a college student. X basketball player. I work 30 hours a week at a (bit of a lower end) restaurant. And this semester I’m taking 15 credit hours…

If there’s one thing I know, it’s that I had better fucking meal prep if I want to eat proper at the times. (I also never get paid enough to eat out)

So for me, the reason I love meal prepping so much is that when I come home from a 8 hour shift, having a meal waiting for me in the fridge, already made, is just… the absolute best thing ever.

I don’t have to worry about grocery shopping or anything else, really. Once you get into a routine and can make the time to cook, it’s not difficult. It might be a bit tiring, as you might need to spend an entire day of the weekend doing it, but the relief of having a meal ready to you, hot and ready to be eaten in minutes, is just the best.

What are your favorite parts about meal prepping?
