GCSEs after being homeschooled

Hi, I'm after some help with this. I'm not in school because I had a mental breakdown due to the work overload in year 10, and due to this I have made the decision to not go back for Sixth form. We have made the decision that I should take after resitting my GCSEs and then starting Sixth form. I am due to do them in November, and i am trying to make a good study plan. I have only 2 weeks free study time before I start my casual job, and then that will be my only time to study, so I can only really study at the weekends. I know this is very little time to study and I'm a bit homophobic, so I need to be spending time with my girlfriend (i know that this might not seem like the best use of time, but she wants to keep our relationship and I also can't miss our dates).

My idea was to make a rough outline of everything I need to cover, and then to try and cover as much as I can after that. I am trying to set a goal to have all of my exams done by the end of summer next year, but I have made the decision that I want to retake them if I don't get the grades that I want, but what I really want to know is how I take the resits. I know after resitting my exams I can take a break and then go into sixth form, but if I don't get the grades that I want, how do I resit, because for other students resitting is more of a structural thing, due to them being in school, but I am in a different situation.

Also, I have finished all of my course work, but I am very bad at alkenes, dienes and alkynes, so if you have any good suggestions for this then please let me know. Tldr; I am being homeschooled and need to resit some of my exams , but I don't know how I can get the results I want in the amount of time I have.
