Why do I wake up late at 1pm most days?

Never set an alarm. Never intentionally decide to stay up all night. Don't have depression or anxiety. When I sleep I sleep like a bear. Only wake up once or twice to pee and then I sleep like a rock. Both times I was sleep tested for problems they said I didn't have any.<br><br>I could literally fall asleep at 9:30pm but I stay up till 4am. I'd rather sleep at 9:30 but something just compels me to stay up. Would say it's the screen time but I can stay up without it. <br><br>Sleeping 9 hours a day isn't bad, but I'd rather sleep 8 a day and have an extra hour to myself to do whatever. I'd be able to do more with my days if I could wake up at 8 or 9. <br><br>Any suggestions?
