Why can't I pay all of my bills with the money from my bank account?

When I was a small boy, I was a poor student with very little money to my name. When I was fed up with walking home from school - I could borrow my friend's bike and ride the three miles home. I couldn't afford a bike, but he had one. <br><br>When I needed money for breakfast, I could use the money in my wallet to go and buy a carton of OJ with the money inside, and then the grocery store would give me my OJ with the money from their account. It wasn't a problem. <br><br>I've been a software developer for ten years now. I can call an API with the money from my bank account and it will happily take it. I have been doing that for years. But every time I use *Brainfuck* or *C++*, **it just won't compile with my money - I have to use some convoluted credit or banking system and then it works fine.**<br><br>No thanks. No thanks at all.
