35: M/7'0, I'm a recent college grad and I run track in college, should I buy a meal prep service?

I'm a recent grad and I just landed a job. What a relief, I'm just going to use my first paycheck to get some meal prep service! *2 weeks later* holy shit, this shit is expensive, what the hell did I just sign up for? Should I be making these myself? The last meal prep I bought was $500 for 5 meals per week for a month. That's over 15% of my monthly income.
